An international speaker; award winning educator; graduate in communication; trainer in the performing arts and in interpersonal communication, Isabel has vast experience as a consultant and facilitator throughout the Australasian region. Isabel is Managing Director of MPowering Pty Ltd and Executive Focus Pty Ltd, executive development companies.

University trained and with an extensive background in learning and development, Isabel has credentials, experience and accreditation in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), presentation skills, behavioural styles, and high level effective workplace communication. She has been recognised in the area of excellence in education and training and is an accomplished professional speaker. Isabel is a past president of the National Speakers’ Association of Australia (NSW chapter) and was National Convention Co-Chair for 2009.

Isabel has been trained in the USA in internationally recognised principles of influence and persuasion, and applies these, coupled with NLP principles, into her training and consulting.

Isabel regularly presents to CEOs for The Executive Connection, the largest international CEO development organisation in the world and mentors senior executives and their key personnel through MPowering Pty Ltd’s Business Mentoring Program, conducting workshops and facilitation on business topics including presentation skills, influence, persuasion, interpersonal communication, communicating across the organisation, personal behavioural styles, negotiation, and executive presence. She also provides one‑on‑one coaching for private and corporate clients.
