Isabel is a speaker, facilitator and coach who specialises in public speaking, voice and presentation techniques. She combines these critical skills with a range of personal style and professional image management workshops for greater impact, influence and empowerment through congruence in the 3 “V’s” of communication: Visual (how we look); Verbal (what we say) and Vocal (how we sound). A consultant to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in the training of South East Asian Trade Commissioners, she has also been a member of a training delegation, at the invitation of the People's Republic of China, for senior members of the Ministry of Education. An accomplished speaker herself, she is an accredited professional speaker of the National Speakers' Association and is the Accreditation Director of the NSW Chapter. With an extensive background in Performing Arts, Education and Training, she has teaching and examining diplomas from the London College of Music and Speech, Trinity College, London, and the Australian Guild of Music and Speech. Isabel has provided courses in public speaking, presentation skills and visual credibility for more than 20 years. Isabel focuses on the development of individuals and organisations through increased effectiveness in a wide range of interpersonal communication skills for enhanced relationships and revenue growth. She designs, develops and delivers change-oriented strategies that involve highly engaging and interactive performance learning.
