1. I am more confident in selecting what to wear each day and altering the look dependent on the situation.

"John Baikie has been a guest lecturer to my post-graduate marketing students for the past two years.
As part of the ‘Managing Customer Relationships’ module in the Masters in Marketing at Macquarie University, the students are required to prepare and deliver their 'Managing Customer Relationships' strategy to a 'mock board' as part of their final assessment ... I invited John to present a short session to the students on what financial information boards look for in board presentations.
